We had academic day again today - classes in the morning and simulation in the afternoon. It is a pleasure to see how genuinely keen the residents are. The participation of the 10 new first year residents is inspiring.
We are in the midst of a citywide blackout. These occur regularly for a few hours at a time. The Guma Guma bar has a noisy generator, so the lively Nyamirambo experience can continue. There's no shortage of people out and about going to shops with flashlights. No need for the city to shut down.
